With background on UI and graphic design.

Job Qualifications:
Must have a background in visual design.
Firm grasp of Flash Lite 2.0 & Action script
Knowledge of current tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc...)
Knowledge of current ui design techniques.
